Returns or Exchanges

 

 

We may offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Due to hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned. This includes skincare, bath, and wellness items unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you accordingly.
